Supplier Management
Supply Chain Management Mechanism
  1. Comply with international regulations and requirements: By signing the "Supplier Social Responsibility and Ethics Commitment Letter", let suppliers understand the requirements of the "Sustainable Development Code of Practice" to increase suppliers' attention to and compliance with CSR.
  2. CSR Risk Assessment: The company implements the "Supplier CSR Self-Assessment Questionnaire" based on the "Code of Practice for Sustainable Development" to assess and identify environmental, social and ethical risks. In 2021, a total of 21 new suppliers will be added, all of which have passed the screening of social responsibility and ethics standards.
  3. Audit verification: According to the risk assessment, qualified and unqualified suppliers, or those listed as the focus of unit assessment should go to the on-site audit. If a priority item (priority) is found to be missing, the supplier will be disqualified; if the non-priority item (priority) is missing, the supplier will be required to provide improvement plans and measures within a time limit and confirm them according to the severity of the lack. In 2021, a total of 15 factory audits were carried out, and no zero-tolerance defects were found. Other defects required improvement within a time limit and continued tracking.
  4. Continuous Improvement: While requiring suppliers to improve audit deficiencies, suppliers' CSR performance will be included in supplier evaluation. For suppliers with poor performance, a series of measures will continue to promote suppliers to implement improvement.
