Comply with international regulations and requirements: By signing the "Supplier Social Responsibility and Ethics Commitment Letter", let suppliers understand the requirements of the "Sustainable Development Code of Practice" to increase suppliers' attention to and compliance with CSR.
CSR risk assessment: The company implements the "Supplier CSR Self-Assessment Questionnaire" based on the "Code of Practice for Sustainable Development" to assess and identify environmental, social and ethical risks. A total of 18 new suppliers will be added from 2022 to 2023, all of which will pass the screening of social responsibility and ethics standards.
Audit verification: According to the risk assessment, qualified and unqualified suppliers, or those listed as key points in the unit assessment, should go to on-site audit. If a priority item is found to be missing, the supplier will be disqualified; if a non-priority item is missing, the supplier will be required to provide improvement plans and measures within a time limit and confirm them based on the severity of the deficiency. No zero-tolerance deficiencies were found, and other deficiencies require improvement within a deadline and continuous tracking.
Continuous Improvement: While requiring suppliers to improve audit deficiencies, suppliers' CSR performance will be included in supplier evaluation. For suppliers with poor performance, a series of measures will continue to promote suppliers to implement improvement.
